Hertford Women’s Circle

The Women’s Circle is a beautiful, supportive space where women gather to share carefully crafted rituals, creative exercises and meditations to empower our desires, unlock our intuition and dive deeper into our pleasure and power potential which flows from the Circle into our love, life and work!

With the arrival of Spring, we will gather under candlelight to set our intentions with some sacred rituals:

  • Breathwork & Relaxing Meditation
  • Intention Cards & Journaling
  • Sharing Circle
  • Oracle Cards
  • Celebration + live music by Lyndsey

We welcome women from all walks and ages of life, mothers, daughters, sisters. The circle seeks to support those who want to use the deep break of winter to step into their spring potential with love and kindness!

We also invite women who run local business, artists, chefs and creative pursuits to spread your gift with the circle! You could bring forth your cards, sponsor our goody bags, showcase your jewellery or art and to use the circle to connect with the wonderful women of Hertford!

Join Henika for a relaxing Midweek Meditation Workshop! We’ll get the body prepared with some gentle nourishing movement before resting into savasana! This is the perfect preparation for some pranayama (breath control) and mindfulness meditation.
